Walk across a tidal causeway to the most westerly of the Channel Islands. This area is Guernsey’s only Ramsar Site. See the ancient priory ruins and an important archaeological site. Lihou is unspoilt, wild, and steeped in history. This important conservation area is abundant in marine and bird life. Enjoy the tranquility.

What to bring: Wear water resistant shoes with a good grip . The causeway to Lihou Island may be wet with sea water.
Terrain: The terrain is uneven and is mainly on the flat but with one small hill.
